Running of the Red Bulls Gala Benefit

We are celebrating our 20th anniversary season and honoring Alfred Molina and K. Ann McDonald, with an intimate soirée featuring fine dining, live music & entertainment, and a few surprises.

This event is Red Bull’s most significant fundraiser. All proceeds make our work possible. It will also be an unforgettable evening of fun and frolic.

K. ANN MCDONALD

An advocate for Shakespeare for the young, inspired by her own lifetime of study, Ann helped establish Shakespeare in Schools at Red Bull, having supported us for 20 years. After 20 years on the Board of The Shakespeare Society, and over 40 years as a commercial litigator, Ann is now a freelance Shakespeare dramaturg and educator. In 2007, Ann, together with the Hunts Point Alliance for Children, co-founded the Hunts Point Children’s Shakespeare Ensemble (now in partnership with The Public Theater), for which she has been the dramaturg for 17 years. Other Shakespeare theater companies for which she is currently the dramaturg include Apocalyptic Artists Ensemble (NYC) and Shakesperience Productions (Waterbury CT).
